Blackened

Inspired by the deep southern Creole Cajun cooking, this blend provides a deep a savory flavor with hints of oregano and thyme. This rub is perfect over chicken, fish, steaks even the humble veggie as a seasoning. The goal here is to make the seasoning turn black, but don't take it too far and burn the food.
