Poppy's BBQ Sauce

Yet another tradition and a secret family recipe, Poppy's Sauce. In Kentucky, we call this BBQ dip, and this blend spans at least 4 generations. In Kentucky, we don't like to cover up the flavor of our food, instead we want to enhance the flavor. This sauce is a tomato and vinegar base sauce which cuts through the fat, yet elevating the meat flavor.
